You have learned that focusing on the things you can control and not worrying about the things you cannot control is paramount to success. You have also learned the valuable experience of creating and being part of a team and being a part of a group of individuals who care as much about the people around them as they do about themselves—people who will work synergistically toward a common goal.
Make certain all your future employers know you possess this quality, and be prepared to cite personal examples where each quality was learned.
